Embarcadero Location Also Includes The Village With Sonoma County Wines

The set for CBS’s advance coverage of Super Bowl 50 is all set.
It will be at what it called “Super Bowl City” at the foot of Market Street in “the City.” Which means it’s in San Francisco.
CBS will run every conceivable show in its lineup from this location, among them The Late Show with Steven Colbert, The Late Late Show with James Corden, Entertainment Tonite, Inside The NFL and the Boomer and Carton show on CBS Radio the week of the game.
Fans are not only welcome to the area, CBS would prefer as many people as possible be there to give the place a lively, festive feel to it.
That’s likely to be the case, as Super Bowl City is also host to the week-long fan festival known as the village, which is open Jan. 30-Feb. 7. The village will be a showcase of San Francisco treats, from its famous food to wines from the Sonoma County wine country. The area is free.
The NFL Experience, which has all those activities such as kicking a field goal, is in the Moscone Center, a few blocks up Market Street. Frankly ,PubClubbers should know this is mostly a kids and family thing; most of the “action” for singles and those seeking a lively Super Bowl atmosphere will be at the village.
The exact location of Super Bowl City is in Justin Herman Plaza on the Embarcadero. That’s right across from the Ferry Building.
There are street cars that go to Fisherman’s Wharf and be sure to stop off at one of PubClub.com’s favorite San Francisco afternoon watering holes, Pier 23.
