Outdoor Sports Bar Opens At Paris Casino
Las Vegas is often about fantasy, about putting you in places where you can’t be at while making you think you are there, such as the themed hotels of Venice and Paris.
The newest of these is the Budweiser Beer Park, located above street level at the base of the Eiffel Tower replica. The idea is to bring a ballpark atmosphere to a place with no ballpark, the Vegas Strip.
The bar is all outdoor– like any good ballpark – and features 100 beers (36 on tap), picnic tables and an outdoor grill specializing in grilled foods.
Naturally, there are several TVs which will be primarily showing sports. So it’s also something Vegas really needs – a good sports bar. And an outdoor one, too.
“Beer Park is inspired by some of the great American pastimes that bring people together; things like going to the ball park for a baseball game, a tailgate party or a picnic at a neighborhood park,” said Matthew Silverman, corporate executive chef of Beer Park.
The tap beers are served at a chilled 31 degrees and cold “plates” at each seat of the bar keeps those beers cool. Customizable audio is available in various parts of the venue, including the VIP room.
On weekend nights, there’s a DJ to help turn the bar from a pub into a club. But not too clubby, of course.
In addition to the beers, the Beer Park has a full bar.
