Casual Gourmet Restaurant Features Three-Course Meals
It’s always important to keep fueled up for the high-octane lifestyle that is Las Vegas, and now you can act like a glutton for lunch without a high-roller wallet at a place called Glutton.
The casual gourmet restaurant Glutton is offering a three-course lunch for two for $30. Located downtown by the Fremont Street Experience, Glutton calls it the “Power Lunch Menu.”
It involves an appetizer, one of three main course selections and dessert.
The appetizers – here called snacks – are Curried Cauliflower. Calamari Fries, Japanese Street Corn Pickled Tomatoes and Ahi Tuna Tacos (crispy shells filled with tuna tartare, sweet chili sauce, frisee, yuzu guacamole and pickled Fresno pepper).
The main course menu items are the Glutton Burger, Chop Salad and the Garganelli pasta (smoked chicken, caramelized onion, ancho garlic cream and parmesan).
The dessert is either the Caramel Corn Profiteroles (salted caramel, popcorn ice cream) or Peach Cobbler.
