
Formula 1 is fueled by more than petrol, sponorships and millions of dollars in money. It is also fueled by the fans, and those fans themselves need fuel.
With that in mind, here is a rundown of where to eat and drink in Las Vegas for the F1 race at bars and restaurants. The Las Vegas F1 race is Thursday night through Saturday night, Nov. 21-23. The STRAT’s iconic tower, Top of the World, Las Vegas’ only 360-degree rotating restaurant and steakhouse, has the Champion’s Tasting Menu, created by Executive Chef Chad Castanino, with authentic dishes from the Netherlands, the home of the reigning three-time world champion and defending Las Vegas race winner Max Verstappen. The four-course prix fixe menu is priced at $90 per person. The restaurant will also have guests celebrating like a champion while sipping from a 3-liter bottle of world-class sparkling wine Ferrari Trento, named the “official toast” of the premier racing series, priced at $499.

The STRAT also have featured cocktails, spirits and beers, at, 108 Drinks, REMIX Lounge, View Lounge and PT’s Wings & Sports. Guests can pit stop to enjoy shots of Patrón Silver Tequila for $8; the Champion’s Choice Margarita made with Patrón Silver Tequila, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime, and sea salt, priced at $10; and beer buckets of Heineken, Heineken Silver or Heineken 0.0, for $35. Fans may also view portions of the grand prix broadcast in PT’s Wings & Sports, where the practices, qualifying and the race will be shown on state-of-the-art LED video walls and numerous LED TVs throughout the weekend.

Members of The STRAT’s True Rewards program will have the chance to win big on the casino floor with a $60,000 hot seat giveaway. From Thursday to Saturday, active table game and slot players will win $500 throughout the day. Fans may compete in a race of their own with two VR race simulators available in View Lounge, adjacent to the casino floor, throughout the weekend.

Those looking for accommodations during the Big Race have two room packages. One is the “Fast Track Experience” includes an upgrade to a newly remodeled Elevate room; complimentary admission for two to the Observation Deck and STRAT Tower; and admission for two for the Thrill Rides. The second is the “High Speed Getaway” with an upgrade to a newly remodeled Elevate room; complimentary admission for two to the Observation Deck and STRAT Tower; and admission for two for the Thrill Rides; and one SkyJump experience.

At Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, there is a track-side patio and second-floor event space, known as The LOFT, with both locations offering views of Las Vegas Boulevard. Premium viewing and hospitality packages are available from 6 p.m.-midnight on Thursday and Friday and 8 p.m.-midnight on Saturday. A top-shelf open bar, alongside a rotating menu appetizers, tacos, pasta and a carving station is available for $525.50 with the option of purchasing individual days during the race or a full three-day hospitality package for $1,313.75. In honor of Mexican driver Sergio Pérez, Cabo will offerEl Checo margarita made with Cabo Wabo’s own mix and Patrón tequila, served with a salted rim.
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, the cabaret lounge and speakeasy hidden inside Proper Eats Food Hall at the ARIA, features the return of its popular “DIVAs’ Night,” an all-star ladies’ night featuring covers of the top hits from girl-pop powerhouses like Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, the Spice Girls and more, starting at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14. This special pre-race week edition of DIVAs’ Night will feature performances from local favorites including Karli Darling, Gianna Shay Adams and downtown Las Vegas staple Jan Jan. Throughout the night, Easy’s will serve the limited-time Paparazzi, Please, made with Monkey 47 Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, then garnished with an elegant lemon twist. Also in the food hall, mocktails are served at Proper Bar for $10.

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, the speakeasy and live rock lounge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, features live music all three nights: The Regulators on Thursday; Radio XX, an all-star rock band, on Friday, and the The 442s with its mix of jazz, classical, folk and rock, on Saturday. Also at The Cosmopolitan, CliQue Bar & Lounge is having a race day watch party starting at 10 p.m. It features the lounge’s popular Tableside Mixology experience, which brings a skilled mixologist to the table with a fully stocked bar cart, crafting cocktails right at the table,. Following the race, a DJ will keep the party going well after the checkered flag.
PT’s Taverns is holding race build-up parties with tickets to the race on Saturday up for grabs. Guests can earn a free entry to win the tickets by attending participating taverns from 5-8 p.m,. ONE Steakhouse invites Formula 1 fans to the Tomahawk Feast, an impressive 18-pound, dry-aged USDA prime tomahawk steak carved tableside and accompanied by six gourmet sides. Priced at $1,600, it feeds 10-12 people and requires a 72-hour advance reservation.
Inside the Wyune Las Veagas, Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, has unveiled a grand prix fixe four-course menu and extended butler brunch from Friday-Sunday. The exclusive race weekend menu begins with a choice between a hamachi and tuna crudo or a baby kale salad for the first course; a four-ounce lobster tail for the second course; a choice between an eight-ounce filet mignon, a seven-ounce sea bass or roasted chicken for the third course; and a decadent dessert item for the final course. La Cave will also extend its renowned butler brunch, priced at $69, from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Friday through Sunday. The brunch includes a bottomless brunch bar with the Ketel Botanical spritzes and champagne from the prestigious French winehouse Collet, for an additional $64. Race week will also feature an exclusive wine program at La Cave. Far Niente’s 2022 chardonnay from Napa Valley, California, Hawk and Horse Vineyard’s 2010 cabernet sauvignon from Red Hills Lake County, California, and Renato Ratti’s 2019 “Barolo Marcenasco” from Piedmont, Italy.
Located just steps from the final straightaway, Morton Group’s CRUSH American grill at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will offer an exclusive surf-and-turf special for race fans to celebrate race weekend from Friday, Nov. 22, through Sunday, Nov. 24. Fans can celebrate the return of the Big Race to Las Vegas with CRUSH’s winning formula of a 16-ounce prime rib and shrimp scampi, priced at $109. Thirsty crews looking to refuel can enjoy handcrafted cocktails primed for a podium finish, such as the lychee martini, made with Three Olives Apples and Pears vodka, Cointreau, and fresh lychee puree, priced at $16, or the barrel-aged old fashioned, featuring Knob Creek Single Barrel bourbon, cherry Heering and Solerno blood orange liqueur, priced at $18. General Admission, which is not a race ticket but a hip lounge located at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas, has race week specials beginning from Monday, Nov. 18. Drawing inspiration from the daring drivers, GA’s specialty cocktails include the Dutch Royalty, the Jalisco Spicy Margarita, the British Prodigy, the Monte Carlo Breeze, the Spanish Spritz and the Knight’s Gimlet, all for $15.The restaurant’s exclusive race week brunch menu will include champagne and rosé by the glass as well as popular breakfast dishes, including the New York Strip Steak & Eggs for $18; French Toast for $12; and the Denver Omelette for $14.
