Do we really need a holiday to drink a beer?
Well, why argue. If someone is going to give us one, I’ll raise my pint glass and say “cheers” to the occasion.
National Drink a Beer Day is Sept. 28. I certainly plan to indulge in a celebration of my favorite adult beverage.
In fact, I just won’t have a single beer, I’ll have several. Maybe I’ll start with a Kona Longboard Lager from Hawaii – the perfect brew for sunsets over the Pacific – and move onto something a little more heavy, like a pale ale.
Or just stay with a tasty lager, which is my preferred type of beer. And blondes too. Here, I’m referring to a type of beer. As well as my preferred type of girl.
I encourage each and every one of you to do the same, and that’s have some cold beers today, regardless whether or not you’re in the good ‘ol USA. Oh, and for those in Munich, it’s Oktoberfest. Now THAT’S the place to celebrate Drink A Beer Day!
