It has a flowery, fruity flavor profile with particularly mild and accessible notes of sweet caramel, honey and vanilla. Jim Beam Sunshine Blend is recommended to be served chilled, poured over ice or or paired with club soda or lemonade. It has a lower ABV than regular Jim Beam, making it best for those hot summer afternoons and early evenings. It sells for about $15 a bottle at various locations.
With Sunshine Blend, Jim Beam now makes 18 different bourbons many of them flavored such as vanilla, peach, apple and even pineapple.
