Flavorful Drinks To Enjoy With Late Breakfast Food

With that in mind below are recipes for brunch cocktail using 1800 Tequila.

1800 Cilantrita

- 2 oz. 1800 Coconut
- 1 oz. lemon
- ¾ oz. ginger syrup (or 2 slices of ginger muddled in simple syrup)
- Small handful of cilantro
Directions: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
1800 Spring Smash

- 1 ½ oz. 1800 Silver
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cranberry preserves
- 3 lemon wedges
- Pinch mint leaves
Directions: Muddle mint and lemon wedges in sugar in a cocktail shaker, then add all other ingredients to the shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
1800 Barrel Sour

- 2 oz. 1800 Añejo
- ½ oz. pear nectar
- ½ oz. honey syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 4 cardamom pods
- 1 egg white
- Star anise pod
Directions: Muddle cardamom pods in honey syrup in a cocktail shaker, then add all other ingredients to the shaker. Shake briskly to emulsify, then add ice and shake vigorously to combine. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a star anise pod.
