● 2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
● 1 cup Prepared Hot Chocolate
● Whipped Cream, Chocolate Shavings and
Snowflake Cookie for garnish

● 1.5 oz Astral Tequila Blanco
● 0.75 oz Pomegranate Juice
● 0.75 oz Lime Juice
● 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
Garnish: Toasted Rosemary

● .25 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup

● 21 oz Buchanan’s 12-Year DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
● 15 oz Coconut Cream
● 13.5 oz Coconut Milk
● 12 oz Evaporated Milk
● 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
● 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg

Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a serving pitcher. Stir until combined. Serve over ice and garnish with shaved nutmeg.

● 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
● 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
● 0.25 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Fresh mint leaves, Ground cinnamon, An

Preparation: Add Old Parr 12YO, passion fruit syrup, cinnamon syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into an empty rocks glass. Add crushed ice, then garnish with grated cinnamon, fresh mint and an orchid.

● 0.25 oz Herbal Liqueur
● 2 Dashes Mole Bitters

● 1 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight
Bourbon Whiskey
● .5 oz. elderflower liqueur
● Splash of soda
● 2 orange slices
● Cocktail cherry
Steps:
● Add Blade and Bow and elderflower
liqueur
● Muddle one of the orange slices
● Add ice, stir, and top with a splash of soda

● 1.5oz Roe & Co infused with winter spices
● 3oz. boiling water
● 1 star anise
● 2 cloves
● 1 cinnamon stick
● 1 earl grey teabag
● 1 tsp of honey
● lemon zest studded with cloves
Steps:
Preperation: Roe & Co and spices and steeped for 20
mins.
Johnnie Walker: Ice Chalet Perfect Whisky Highball

● 1 oz Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet
● 1.3 oz Honeyed Apple Juice*
● 2 oz Brut Champagne
● 5 x Drops Mint Bitters
Garnish: Blue Matcha Powder (Pre-dusted on
glass)
Glassware: Highball
Preparation: Add all ingredients to pre-chilled and pre-dusted highball glass. Add ice. Stir until cold and mixed.
Honeyed Apple Juice
– 2 parts clear apple juice,
1 part blossom honey (stirred until dissolved)
1. Simmer the apple juice and the blossom
honey over a low heat until the honey
dissolves.
2. Allow to cool.
Tanqueray Dirty Martini

● 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
● 0.75 oz Olive Brine
● 0.25 oz Extra Dry Vermouth
Garnish: Skewered Olives
Glassware: Martini Glass
Preparation: Add 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin, .75 oz Olive Brine, and .25 oz Extra Dry Vermouth to cocktail tin. Shake and fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with skewered olives.
Seedlip Espresso Martini

● 2 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
● 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Three Coffee Beans
