Salt Or No Salt? That’s Up To You!
Here are several margarita recipes that will add an extra element to your National Margarita Day. Of course, for real enjoyment, don’t just limit them to Feb. 22. Feel free to enjoy them any other day of the year.
They are made with high-quality 1800 Silver tequila.
1800 Cranberry Margarita
• 2 oz. 1800 Silver
• 1 oz. frozen cranberries, thawed
• 1 oz. rosemary simple syrup
• 1 oz. lime juice
Directions: Add 1800 Silver and thawed cranberries into a shaker. Muddle the cranberries until the tequila is pink. Add the simple syrup and lime juice to the shaker, then top with ice. Stir until cold, then strain into glasses rim with salt. Add additional frozen cranberries and rosemary as garnish.
1800 Summerita
• 2 oz. 1800 Silver
• 1 oz. watermelon juice
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ¼ oz. agave syrup
• Pinch of cilantro
• Champagne, to top
Directions: Add all ingredients but champagne to shaker. Shake hard for 15 seconds. Double strain into flute. Top with champagne
1800 Classic Margarita
• 2 oz. 1800 Silver
• 1 oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. agave syrup
• ½ oz. fresh-squeezed orange juice
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into salted rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- Garnish: Fresh Lime Wheels
- 1 ½ oz. 1800 Blanco ($29)
- ½ oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. vanilla syrup
- 2 dashes rose water
- 2 oz. 1800 Cristalino ($70)
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 3 fresh sage leaves
- 1 ½ oz. 1800 Blanco ($29)
- ¾ oz. triple sec
- ½ oz. cucumber juice
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- Pinch of salt (added into shaker)
- 1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino ($70)
- ½ oz. Agavero Orange
- ½ oz. light agave syrup
- 1 oz. Supasawa
- 1 sleeve Bittermen’s Hellfire Bitters
