Here’s cocktail recipes for something to drink other than green beer and Irish whiskey on St. Patrick’s Day. It is made with the high-quality 1800 Silver tequila.
1800 St. Pat’s Ginger Margarita Mule
- 1 ½ oz. 1800 Silver
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ oz. honey syrup
- Pinch of fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 oz. ginger beer, to top
Directions: Muddle cilantro leaves in honey syrup in a shaker tin. Add 1800 Silver and fresh lime juice, and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass prepared with a margarita salt rim. Top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh cilantro.
