So when George Roe & Co Distillery in Dublin comes up with a few St. Patrick’s Day-themed cocktails, you know they are true to the spirit of the Land of Saints and Scholars.
Roe & Co is made from the finest hand-selected stocks of Irish malt and grain whiskies, aged in bourbon casks. Master Blender Caroline Martin used her 30 years of experience to created a versatile, premium whiskey. Roe & Co is a luxuriously smooth blend with a perfect harmony between the intense fruitiness of the malt and the mellow creaminess of the grain whiskies.
Here are the cocktails with the recipes.
ROE & CO SMASH
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Roe & Co
- 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Top with Soda Water
- Garnish with the Sprig of Fresh Mint
EQUIPMENT:
- Highball Glass
- Spoon
METHOD: Add all ingredients (apart from Soda) to a highball glass and stir to combine all the ingredients. Add crushed ice to the top. Top with fresh soda water and stir once more. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
THE ROE LIFE HI-BALL

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.25 oz Roe & Co
- 0.5 oz Milk Punch (Homemade or Purchased)
- 1 oz Lemon Soda (or Fever Tree Yuzu if you are feeling spunky)
EQUIPMENT:
- Highball Glass
- Ice
METHOD: Combine ingredients in glass and garnish with edible seasonal flowers.
