The Rose Bowl has the traditional Beef Bowl hosted by Lawry’s The Prime Rib, but that’s for the players. For fans of Alabama and Michigan in L.A., in town for the College Football Playoff national semifinal, Bluewater Grill for some special treatment for them.
The resturant, with Los Angeles locations right on the water in Newport Beach and Redondo Beach, is offering fans of both teams a free cup of housemade New England or Manhattan clam chowder with the purchase of any entrée priced at $20 or more (no limit per party), a free appetizer with the purchase of any entrée priced at $20 or more (limit one per party) and an speical Happy Hour during the game. The Happy Hour has $6, $8, $10 and $12 drink and appetizer specials.
But that’s not all as Bluewater is having the same offer for fans of the LA Bowl (UCLA vs. Boise State), the Holiday Bowl in San Diego (locations are in Cornado and Calsbad with the teams being USC and Louisville), the Guaranteed Rate Bowl in Phoenix (Kansas and UNLV), the Arizona Bowl also in Phoenix (Wyoming and Toledo) and the Fieta Bowl (Oregon and Liberty).
To take advantage of the offer, fans must present an official logo or team name of one of the 12 participating schools. There is a minimum purchase of $100 per party before discount.
