Rum Punch Recipe
• 6 OZ MOUNT GAY ECLIPSE RUM
• 4 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
• 2 OZ LIME JUICE
• 12 OZ WATER
• 4 DASHES AROMATIC BITTERS
• GARNISH: GROUND NUTMEG, LIME WEDGE
Add ice to a punch bowl or pitcher and stir in the ingredients. Serve in glasses with a pinch of nutmeg and a lime wedge.

This is the “entertainment kit” for entertaining close friends. The Old Fashioned kit makes 16 drinks.

Chill double old-fashioned glass. Measure all ingredients in a mixer, then fill 2/3 with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and pour through a strainer. Twist the orange peel to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.

1 COCONUT WATER ICE CUBE
Pour coconut water into an ice mold and free for at least four hours. Chill your glass, then add in the coconut ice cube. Pour in the XO rum.
