The StarFruit Pomegranate holiday cocktail, or the Pom + Ginger for short, uses 1800 Cristalino,




Take a break from the traditional wines, ciders and other cold-weather staples to enjoy these different holiday cocktails.

They have been created to provide some cold weather-friendly warmth using a number of delicious seasonal ingredients to spice up any Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving get-togethers.

Below are three cocktail recipes made with 1800 Reposado, 1800 Añejo and 1800 Cristalino. You can order these tequilas from Drizly & ReserveBar.

1800 Cranberry Orange Maple Cocktail

The Cranberry Orange Maple holiday cocktail uses 1800 Reposado tequila.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. 1800 Reposado
• ¼ oz. maple syrup
• 1 bar spoon cranberry compote
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Orange oil

Directions: Press orange peel in maple syrup in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add remaining ingredients and stir with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist and star anise pod.

1800 Iced Chai Latte Cocktail

1800 Iced Chai Latte holiday cocktail
Yes, it’s an iced latte but the 1800 Añejo helps warm the body.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. 1800 Añejo
• 3 oz. chai tea
• 1 oz. coconut milk
• ¼ oz. agave syrup
• Lemon oil

Directions: Combine 1800 Añejo, chai tea, coconut milk and agave syrup in cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a highball glass and express a lemon twist over the top. Garnish with a clove-studded lemon wheel.

1800 Pom + Ginger Cocktail

1800 Cristalino StarFruit Pomegranate holiday cocktail
This cocktail will keep you warm during a cold Thanksgiving gathering.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. 1800 Cristalino
• ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz. ginger syrup
• ½ oz. pomegranate juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a starfruit.
