Comprised of an intimate Friday evening tasting and a larger Saturday event, the California Wine Festival Huntington Beach is set for Nov. 10-11 at the posh Paséa Hotel & Spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Both activites involve samples from winemaking regions across California, paired with food from top Orange County restaurants along with lifestyle exhibitors and live entertainment in a high-end scenic setting.
“We are thrilled to be welcomed back once again by the Huntington Beach community, where we pay homage to Surf City USA with Matt Hurray’s swinging 60’s surf instrumentals among bites from the city’s diverse culinary scene coupled with pours from our fabulous wine partners”, says Emily Kaufmann, Executive Director, California Wine Festival.
Friday Sunset & Rare Rerserve Tasting
The event begings with the Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting, an intimate experience for dedicated wine connoisseurs. A sparkling wine reception starts the event and follows with hard-to-find award-winning wines, tasting room exclusives and limited-production wines hailing from vineyards based in California’s most renowned wine producing regions. Chefs from area restuarnts will be serving food from local favorites Duke’s Huntington Beach, Nardo Italian, Cucina Alessa, Bluegold and LSXO.
Live entertainment is from Hannah Claire, a singer-songwriter frequently compared to Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Norah Jones.
