Festivals, Crazy Events And Hot Nightlife Hits A Peak In July & August
The summertime fun does not end when the Fourth of July fireworks fade into the night sky.
Rather, it is the signal of the beginning, the start of two months of events and activities carrying over through Labor Day Weekend.
The 4th of July is the peak of parties in the USA but rather than being the cherry on top of the sundae it’s the olive in the martini. Summertime in the USA is comprised of parties at the beach, weekend festivals with beer gardens, free outdoor concerts and crazy events such as the Over-The-Line in San Diego and Smackfest in Hermosa Beach, CA.
Beyond the events there are the standard summertime activities: going to the beach, the lake, the river and to people’s houses for parties. Nightlife roars during the summertime, too, for people go out immediately after their daytime activities and carry them into the night.
It is also baseball season, and ballparks and beers are as much a part of the American lifestyle as backyard BBQs.
July and August are also peak travel times for Americans, and for the fun and single that means partying on a world-wide scale on places like Ibiza and Mykonos.
So when partying at a 4th of July party, don’t fret about the party season winding down when the sun goes down. Look at it as a launching pad to more fun events the rest of the summer.
