Bakersville Hall Hosts Unique Bands, DJs And Artists Event
KALLIDA is a three-day music & arts festival taking place at and inside a mansion. In Wales.
Scheduled for June 22-24 it is limited to 500 people who will see bands on the 130 acres of Baskerville Hall – a 19th-century country house in the Wales countryside – before moving inside for the evening.
Organizers describe it as “a focus on immersive production & sound system culture,” adding it “a collaboration between visual artists, musicians and DJs to produce an experience that is both intimate and immersive.”
Visual artists are taking over different rooms inside the mansion to curate their own areas and immersive installations. A total of more than 50 “underground” musicians are performing at the event.
You don’t come here to sleep, by the way. The festival goes until 5 a.m., on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday until 2 a.m.
