
Taylor Swift, with her blockbuster The Tortured Poets Department, leads the Recording Industry Association of America’s (RIAA) Class of 2024 for Gold & Platinum certifications.

RIAA has the honor of recognizing artists and their dedicated label teams for these amazing sales and streaming achievements,” said RIAA President & COO Michele Ballantyne. “We are excited to acknowledge the titles certified in 2024 and highlight these shining moments as the year wraps! - Across both lists there were 36 artist collaborations
- YG Marley has the only Reggae certification on both the Class of 2024 and Year-End listswith Platinum single “PRAISE JAH IN THE MOONLIGHT” released from YG Marley Music / Hitmaker Distro
- 65 first-time artists across 5 albums and 69 singles were introduced into the Class Of 2024

- Only 6 new titles by first-timers were certified multi-Platinum; 20 Platinumfor surpassing 1,000,000 units and 48 Goldfor reaching 500,000 units (sales + streaming equivalents)
- 29 R&B/Hip-Hop, 15 Country, 11 Dance/Electronic, 11 Pop, 4 Latin, 3 Alternative, 1 Reggae titles from the #RIAAClassOf 2024 were added to the prestigious Gold & Platinum program
- Premios de Oro y Platino certifications for music with more than 50% Spanish language found RIAA Class Of 2023 alum Peso Pluma with the 2024 Year-End Top Latin Album for 11x Platino ÉXODO (Double P Records) while 27x Platino “HARLEY QUINN” (Rancho Humilde/Street Mob Records/Joytime Collective. Distributed By Sony Music Entertainment US Latin LLC) from Fuerza Regida & Marshmello take the Top Latin Single.
