Parties are unique across all continents but the European countries give them a different meaning. Everyone will find something for themselves among luxurious, cheap, indoor, outdoor, beach, or basement clubs. It is very difficult, almost impossible, to underline several and label them as “the best on the continent,” but we have tried to create a list of the nightclubs that left the biggest impression on us so far. In compiling the list we have also used a survey carried out by bettingtips4you.com on the relationship between gambling and nights out. Stay tuned and enjoy the party.
1 – Air – Amsterdam
Air is a club located in the very center of the Dutch capital. The place is split into several chambers with a total capacity of as many as 1,300 people. The club has five bars, its walls are covered in lights, it has a special video projection wall, and the music comes from the elite Void Acoustics sound system. If you ever visit it, make sure to get your Air Card because it is your only ticket for the drinks. Of course, we have to mention some of the most popular DJs this place has welcomed, including the likes of Sven Vath, Sasha, Dr. Lektroluv, Afrojack, etc.
2 – Egg – London
Techno and house music admirers will love London’s Egg. The party never stops here as the night shows can last up to 9:00 am on the next day. The hosts tend to bring top-notch DJs like Steve Lawler, Green Velvet, Erick Morillo, and Mark Knight. We would warmly advise you to visit the club during the summer when the main room turns into a rooftop party. Nevertheless, we would also like to warn you to be ready for serious full-body checks on your way in because the place strictly forbids any drugs.
3 – Cocorico – Rimini
To be more precise, Cocorico is located in the small town of Riccione, nearby the more popular city of Rimini. This place is famous for its giant glass pyramid that hosts rave parties for more than a thousand people. The club has four parts, including Morphine, Strix, Pyramids, and Titilla. You should visit them all but it’s Pyramid which hosts the world-famous DJs like Carl Cox or Timo Maas. Another special thing about this club is certainly the Room Strix. It is the female bathroom where you can find a DJ console for a somewhat more private party.
4 – 20/44 – Belgrade
Belgrade is another city that “never sleeps”. If you want to casually go out without a dress code that includes high heels and suits, the 20/44 club is the way to go. It looks like a classic 80s brothel with red corner tables, handmade abstract details, and old lamps. The retro look is completed with 17 old desktop PC monitors. The club is popular for its “Disco not Disco” parties at which you can dance the whole night to a wide spectrum of musical styles. The place also hosts distinct thematic parties from time to time.
5 – Berghain Panorama Bar – Berlin
This is one of the most unique nightclubs in the world. You will have to leave your phones before entering, something that makes the place even more special. The club has three floors, involving Berghain, Panorama Bar, and Saule. DJs play techno music on the first floor, Panorama Bar is reserved for the house, while Saule combined several styles. On the first floor, you will also find a place reserved for men, called Lab. Oratory. However, we must also mention that hundreds of people are left out every night because there is just not enough room inside for everyone.
