Here’s a lightweight doesn’t-take-up-much-room-in-the-suitcase product that every traveler should have for every trip.

It’s Downy Wrinkle Releaser Plus, a spray product that instantly takes wrinkles out of clothes. It comes in several sizes, including a suitcase version, not much bigger than a travel-sized shampoo bottle.

But I’m going beyond what it means for travelers. It’s a must for any single person, especially us bachelors.

Rarely does a product live up to its hype; the most you can usually expect is a reasonable facsimile of its promise. But the Downy Wrinkle Releaser Plus spray not only lives up to its name, it even exceeds one’s expectations.

A few quick sprays and it turns completely wrinkled clothing into something that looks as if it was freshly pressed by someone who knows his way around an iron (which is definitely not me; keep reading).

Just spray it on, give a little tug to the garment, smooth it out with your hand and poof! The wrinkles are gone as if some magician showed up and made the wrinkles disappear as if they were a deck of cards.

This is definitely something every bachelor needs, especially one like me whom – no matter how delicately I fold shirts before putting them in the drawer or hang pants in the closet – always pulls out clothes that look like Keith Richards’ face.
