As rains come to cities and towns of California that are still recovering from devastating and deadly massive mudslides from fires and rains just a few months ago, another town is reaching out to evacuated residents.

Hotels in Morro Bay on the Central California coast are offering discounted rooms to those displaced in  Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.  A powerful Pacific storm is dumping significant rain over recent burn areas, resulting in mandatory evacuations for cities and towns in the affected areas.
