Seahawks Travel To Buffalo For This Week’s Biggest Game

Maybe now after upset Sunday, things will return to normal. Whatever “normal” is in the NFL, as players sometimes lose focus for a week which results in results like, well, the Packers losing to the Vikings and the Chargers falling to the Broncos.
But of course, some things stay the same, such as the Jets losing again.
Here are this week’s picks (winners in bold) and keep reading for a rundown of why I picked these winners and losers.

NFL Week 9 Games Analysis
Green Bay at San Francisco. Without Jimmy G., the 49ers can’t find the gold.
Baltimore at Indianapolis. After playing poorly last week, this should be a layup for the Black Bird.
Carolina at Kansas City. The Chiefs in easy one – unless they let their guard up again.
Chicago at Tennessee. The Titans, looking like titans of their division, a couple of weeks ago, read to many of their headlines. The Bears somehow manage to win or play close with a below-average offense but I’m thinking the Beast makes the difference in this one.
Denver at Atlanta. The battle of the former Alabama receivers! Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley vs. Jerry Jeudy. Since the Falcons have two and the Broncos only one, go with the Birds.
Detroit at Minnesota. The Lions somehow managed to lose to the Colts and this ticked me off so I’m picking the Vikings. Hey, do I need to have a better reason!?
Houston at Jacksonville. It’s just impossible to pick the Jags. Plus, the Texans have too much talent and should be showing it at any time now.
New York Giants against Washington. The Giants playing hard and are missing winning games by the width of a football. They are bound to break through one of those weeks and since they are not playing the Jets, the W team seems like a good enough target.
Seattle at Buffalo. Both teams have too many close escapes to have full confidence in either of them but since the Hawks have to travel to Buffalo, well it’s hard to get inspired to go there in November. Thus, I picked the Bills.
Las Vegas at LA Chargers. Surely – surely – the Chargers can’t blow another one.
Miami at Arizona. This might actually be a decent matchup of the Dolphins modern-day “no name” defense against the slippery Kyler Murray. For Tua to excel, he needs two things the Fins cant give him right now: receivers and a running game.
Pittsburgh at Dallas. This isn’t a exactly a classic Super Bowl matchup.
New Orleans at Tampa Bay. Tough call here but the nod goes to Tom Brady.
New England at New York Jets. The Patriots are not answering the call of their nation of fans with those two Auburn QBs, but how can anyone pick the Jets?
