Q.) Is The Weather As Bad As It Looks And We’ve Been Hearing?
A.) Being from Chicago, I thought I could handle the cold but it was bitter and windy. I kept buying more gear; I had two socks, sweats under jeans three shirts. I should have went with double underwear.
To help people try and stay warm, officials had energy units at each venue with free heat packs. Also sponsors, passed out some heat packs. I had them in my gloves and on my feet.
I felt bad for some snowboarders when the wind kicked in; it was not fair for them.

A.  The people of Korea are great. The local Olympics staff is amazing, so helpful and nice. Korea has done an amazing job. Whenever I had a question or needed help they made sure I was able to figure it out and got what I needed at the time. I felt like a total VIP.
I will be back to Korea as a result of coming to these Games.
Q.) Have There Been Any Security Issues?
A. I did not see or hear of any issues.

A.) The food choices were not the easiest, but I survived.
Q.) Where Did You Stay And How Much Did It Cost?
A.) I stayed at a guest house. I had a room with shower four floors above a karaoke bar. It even had a heated floor! It was a block from the train station.  The owner was a great guy. It only cost me $33 a night. It was perfect.
