It Was A Party For Facebook Life & Instagram TV Show During St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Coming down the hill were bagpipes, people on bikes, marching bands and bands on floats.

On the deck of Tower 12 were a bunch of leprechauns and lasses, lapping up the big beers (32 ounces, $6) and bottomless mimosas ($12) while being live on social media. It was the debut episode – a very successful debut episode – of PubClub LIVE with Kevbeaux and SOUL COLE.

The show, with a regular time slot of the second and fourth Thursday from Tower 12 bar in Hermosa Beach, CA and broadcast live here on the official Facebook page, as well as on IGTV, kicked off with a splash and a bash during the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade. It happened to be on Saturday, March 16, and the show was rocking from the start.

The first guest was appropriate, a gal nicknamed “South Bay Jane” who was, in her primetime, the party queen bee of these Los Angeles party beach cities. Married now but still fun, South Bay Jane was downing the 32-ounce beers as if was, well, St. Patrick’s Day.

Others from the bar joined the show, including a group of gils from Boston and another from Chicago, two big-time St. Patrick’s Day party places.

The show was supposed to go from 11 a.m.-Noon, but the team was having so much fun that it went until 12:30, with other smaller live reports being posted until well into the afternoon. Afterward, there was a rap party with others in the bar that lasted almost until sunset.

And that made Tower 12 THE party place for St. Patrick’s Day Parade Saturday in the South Bay.

The co-hosts told stories about great St. Patrick’s Day party places and memories – Honolulu, Key West and Savannah, GA – as well as St. Paddy’s Day trivia. Eventually Kevbeaux and SOUL COLE were joined by PubClubette Ashley, who was immediately handed a gigantic mimosa glass by the waitress; that glass was almost as big as an entire bottle of champagne!

The show had 300+ live viewers, another 100 during a re-broadcast the next day and more than 500 total viewers on Facebook.
