Warm Weather, Sunshine & Santas In Shorts Make Los Angeles A Unique Cecember Destination

There’s no snow (unless you drive to the mountains!), no central location to gather with others, no sense that this time of year is any different than any other time of the year.
Welcome to Christmas in L.A.!
With all this endless summer action, it’s difficult to get into the spirit of the holidays in L.A. After all, who has the motivation to go shopping when you can be out running, riding a bike along the beach and enjoying the sunshine all while dressed in shorts and a t-shirt?
Plus, it gets dark before 5.

That being said, Los Angeles has some great December events. There’s holiday strolls, boat parades, the 12 Bars Of Christmas pub crawl and the spectacular Manhattan Beach Holiday Fireworks.
No other city – spread out as it may be – has so many holiday activities. This is why Los Angeles is one of the top places for singles to be during December.
The best place to find a feeling for the holidays is The Grove, an shopping area next to the Farmer’s Market (Fairfax & W. 3rd St). There’s a have a huge Christmas tree, a decorated train that runs thru the mall, holiday music, people walking around as if strolling through city streets and a general sense that you’re somewhere else where it really is the Christmas season.
Typical L.A., right? If you don’t have a particularly environment, you simply create a fake one and pretend it’s real.
Holiday cheers from PubClub.com!
