Thanksgiving is a time for family, giving and – of course – football.

But hey, we can’t all get to our families for Thanksgiving, especially with Christmas coming up the next month. As a result, a lot of single people who don’t live in their hometown due to moving because of a job, have a lot of extra party time on their hands.

1.) Las Vegas

Thanksgiving Weekend is the time of rivalry games, often called Rivalry Weekend. Yes, moms and dads are in town but the campuses are also full of fun college students wanting to party. This mostly-singles party town in Los Angeles is a good place to get laid just about anytime and it’s especially ripe on Thanksgiving Weekend. For those who are able to make it back to a family Thanksgiving dinner, then the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is a prime singles opportunity. One of the best of the year, in fact. It’s a reunion of high school or neighborhood friends and the singles scene in the bar is a feast! Take advantage of it. Maybe hook up with that person in high school you were too afraid to approach when you were a teenager or an ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend.
