The Legendary South Bay Bar Goes Out Of It’s Original Building in Style

There’s something special about that familiar yellow building, nearly two decades of memories and fun times held within its walls.

And while Sharkeez Manhattan Beach has relocated a couple blocks away in the former Harry O’s and Upper Manhattan spot it had to go out in typical Sharkeez style. And that means it had to throw a party!

So on a Saturday on April 2 in 2011, it did just that, bringing back many former staff members and several past and present customers (some of whom are one in the same, such as PubClub.com). Owner Greg Newman was there, 6-man team Smack announcer JT was on the microphone and the place packed in the people for a night of many more memories.
