Expo Agave Tequila Tijuana Taking Place July 13-16

To help celebrate the founding of the city of Tijuana in Baja, Mexico, a huge tequila event is taking place in mid July.

It’s the Expo Tequila Tijuana, and is July 13-16. from 1-11 p.m.  The event features agave distillates: sotol, bacanora, tequila, mezcal and raicilla. The location is on Revolución Ave., between 8th & 9th Streets. Specific highlights are as follows:
– Daily art show, music, singing and dancing | Family atmosphere
– Mexican appetizers
– Tickets: Admission is $130.00 pesos | Adults. That’s about $8 USD.

Tijuana was founded on July 11, 1889.
