Festive Holiday Event Comes To This Los Angeles City In November

That is the case with the Burbank Winter Wine Walk, taking placeSaturday afternoon and early evening, Nov. 18.. It’s a free street fair with holiday entertainers, music on a main stage, a “snowfall” and vendors along San Fernando Blvd.
Added to this is a wine walk, in which you buy tickets to go into 14 participating locations to drink wine. And craft beer. Those locations are not necessarily bars or restaurants, either; one takes place at the Sit & Sleep and another is at a hair salon.
The street fair goes from noon-8 p.m., with the wine and craft beer walk starting at 4 and ending at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the wines and beers are $45, and you can get two free tickets by booking a hotel room in Burbank.
You receive a tasting cup and a map of the participating 30 tasting sites. Each tasting site has a designated area for the strollers. As you go from place to place, you’re surrounded by of live entertainment, holiday lighting and snowfall from 6:45 pm-8 pm at the Main Stage.
Oh, and the pours are significantly more than what you get at during a normal wine tasting event, but not quite a full glass you get when you order wine in a restaurant or bar.
The wineries are Bargetto, Ascension Cellars, Chaucer’s, Guarachi Wine Partners, San Antonio Winery, and Wrath.
The event’s website has a link to purchase the wine and beer walk tickets in advance; it’s burbankwinterwinewalk.com.
