Smackfest Events Third Annual Event Is Saturday, May 12
The 2018 event is Saturday, May 12. Originally scheduled for theBay Club in Redondo Beach, CA, it has been relocated a few blocks away to Seaside Lagoon (home of the Super Bowl 10K beer garden)

The first festival was such a big success that Smackfest Events decided to add an extra 100 tickets, meaning a total of 600 people attended it last year. That’s the same number of tickets that will be sold for 2018. The price is $45, and you can also buy a food coupon for an extra $10.
It’s unlikely any tickets will be available the day of the event at the gate.
The event starts at 2:30 p.m., and goes until 6:30. It’s held in the outdoor athletic training area of Bay Club, which is framed by Harbor Drive on one side with King Harbor on the other side.
This event has some 50 beers – primarily craft beers – plus more than a dozen wines but its big attraction (other than drinking beer and wine outside on a sunny Saturday afternoon in the South Bay, of course) is the people at the event.
They are primarily single, are looking to meet other single people and love to party. There’s many beach volleyball players from the local tournaments, Smackfest leagues and of course from the premier beach volleyball event in the Beach Cities, Smackfest.
Two highly poplar locals bands are playing the event, Angry Donkey and Barley.
