Hi-Time Wine Cellars & The Wine Series Take March Out Like A Lion
Pairing Back Bay Bistro’s menu with its setting right on the back bay of Newport Beach, CA, is good enough, and on Thursday, March 30, it’s pairing both of these elements with a special wine dinner that takes the month of March out like a lion.
In a lamb-type of environment.
The restaurant has partnered with Hi-Time Wine Cellars to introduce the Wine Series, starting at 6 p.m. The evening will begin with a welcome reception on the Harborside Courtyard with appetizers and Prosecco. Then it’s a special five-course menu from Executive Chef Bruno Massager and the Bistro culinary team with paired wines curated by Hi-Times Wine Cellars.
The price is $75.
