An Upscale Experience With Great Food For Mom
The upscale Five Crowns restaurant in Corona Del Mar, CA, is offering a special Mother’s Day brunch and dinner.
It is serving menus created exclusively for Mother’s Day by Executive Chef Anthony Endy.
The brunch includes the Pride of the Crowns salad, Crab and Avocado Mash and a Lobster Bisque. Mains introduce Whole Wheat Granola Pancakes, a Grilled Mahi Quinoa Salad and Eggs Florentine or Benedict.
The dinner menu starts with choices of the Tuscan Caesar salad, Potato Leek Soup, and Shrimp Cocktail. Mains showcase the Lobster Tail, Seared Icelandic Salmon, Colorado Lamb Chops, Beef Steak Neptune, and a Shrimp Mushroom and Artichoke Risotto.
Multiple selections will be offered on both the brunch and dinner menus including Prime Rib of Beef, prepared in the traditional manner, a selection of complimentary and seasonal side dish options and desserts including Crème Brulee, C.C. Brown’s Hot Fudge Sundae and English Trifle.
Either the brunch or the dinner can be enjoyed in one of the two main dining rooms – one of which has a fireplace – in the atrium or even outside on a grass “patio” in the back by fire pits. It’s a setting ideal for mom.
