Jimmy Buffett In San Diego, Uncorked Wine Tasting & Live Music

Welcome to the PubClub.com Party Report!
Here’s a rundown of events and activities in and around Los Angeles for the weekend of Oct. 20-22, with a particular emphasis on the South Bay Beach Cities of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach.
A couple of local notes: There’s an art fair with food trucks in Hermosa on the weekend at the corner of PCH and Pier Ave…Tammie’s Corner House Cafe on 2nd Street is closed and is becoming a place called Serve. I poked my head inside and a sweaty, shirtless guy was making a table out of beach volleyball poles – thus the same “Serve,” get it!? – and asked if the place would be serving cocktails. He said they don’t have a liquor license. But I suspect they will serve beer and wine. I’ll have more on this place in the future.
So let’s get this party started, okay!
TOP EVENT: ROAD TRIP TO JIMMY BUFFETT SAN DIEGO

Phins Up Parrotheads! With no Irvine Meadows, if you want to see Jimmy Buffett in Southern California this year – and, more importantly, to take part in the awesome tailgate party – you have to travel to Chula Vista in San Diego. Buffett is playing there on Saturday. As of this week, the box office had lawn seats for $40. The name of the venue, by the way, is the Mattress Firm Amphitheatre. How funny and appropriate for a Buffett show!
