It’s ‘Ein Prosit; With Beers, Music & Singles At Bay Club

In fact, you can do it outdoors in the sunshine by a bunch of sailboats. It’s the South Bay Oktoberfest, and it’s Saturday, Rocktober 14, at Bay Club health club at Redondo Beach’s King Harbor Marina.
And you don’t even have to pay full price to go to it. PubClub.com has a discount code that will save you $5.
Use this code on the Eventbright link below: SBO2016.
Here is the link: www.eventbrite.com.
The regular price is $40, plus a $3.99 fee. The code makes the price $35 plus the fee. For an additional $12 you can get food (no chicken dinners like at the Munich Oktoberfest, but brats, pizza and food from Kincaid’s).
South Bay Oktoberfest goes from 2-6 p.m. You get a plastic mug and there’s plenty of beer available to pour into it: King Harbor, Goose Island, Hofbrau, Mission, Spaten, Golden Road, Elysian and Kona.
Plus, there’s liquor too: Deep Eddy, Ol’ Major Bacon Bourbon, Jagermeister, Fireball, Tuaca, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Beach Whiskey, Southern Comfort and Wheatly Vodka.
And wine: Plough Farms, Uncorked, Electric Sky, Magdelena, Bodego abd Ribboli.
For entertainment, there’s flip cup, a DJ and music from Berry Bly’s band Soul Shaker.
The venue is all outdoors – and the weather calls for sunny skies with temperatures being a perfect 75 degrees – along Harbor Drive, with boats in the marina just a few yards away in the harbor.
South Bay Oktoberfest is put on by Smackfest Events, the fun group that also does the wildly popular – and incredibly fun – Smackfest summertime beach volleyball tournament.
