Top South Bay restaurants and local craft breweries are paired together with live entertainment at the MBS Media Campus on Rosecrans (this is a TV and movie studio). A few tickets are still available for $55. It goes from 2-6 p.m.

• Redondo Beach Concerts On The Pier
This is a good way to either wind down from the Bite At The Beach or to start your Saturday night, especially if you’re going out on or around the pier at The Slip, Old Tony’s, or Najas. It goes from 6-8 on the pier and is a very casual scene (shhh, you can bring concealed cocktails). The band is “California reggae.”
Sunday’s Top Events
• Hermosa Beach Summer Concert Series
The beach concerts are underway! The first week’s band was okay but played too much instrumental stuff and not enough dance music. Expect more from this week’s band, Everclear.

• Manhattan Beach Polliwog Park Concerts
If ever there was a time to go to Polliwog Park for the Sunday concerts rather than sit on the sand in Hermosa this is it, as Shari “El” Puorto is performing.

Next Week’s South Bay Top Events
• AVP Manhattan Beach
The Wimbledon of Beach Volleyball takes place Thursday-Sunday at the Manhattan Beach Pier. It’s free, unless you want to buy reserved seats. Much more is coming on this classic South Bay event in next week’s Party Report.
• Trump Wine & Beer Festival – Tickets Update
There’s been quite a flurry of activity on PubClub’s ticket exchange page for this event, so if you need tickets or or looking to buy tickets, check out and post on this page.
