Brew Festivals Feature Local Southern California Breweries
The Temecula Valley is known – rightly enough – as Southern California’s wine country.
But it also has a growing craft beer scene and that aspect of it is being showcased with a trio of events. Collectively they are being celebrated as Craft Beer Month in this inland territory between Los Angeles and San Diego.
Here is a rundown of those events.
Inland Empire Craft Beer Festival
Location: 2785 Cabot Drive, Corona
If you’re not from the area, the location may have you thinking you’ll be sitting on the sand drinking brews out of clear bottles with a lime in it. But that’s not the case, for the city is called Corona and the Inland Empire Brewers Guild it hosting a Craft Beer Festival at The Shops at Dos Lagos. More than 30 brewers are participating, which includes a IEBG Collaboration Pale Ale and IPA Release Party.
There are 35 breweries from Riverside and San Bernardino counties plus food vendors, a corn hole tournament and music by Kings of Rhythm.
Tickets are $35 on Eventbrite.
Rooted In Nature Craft Beer Festival
The inaugural Rooted in Nature Craft Brew Festival features more than 30 area craft breweries. There is also a wine garden for wine lovers. Entertainment involves a band and games and a wildlife park. After the festival, there is a concert by Journey tribute band LIGHTS.
Tickets are $44 and $60 for early entry and are available here.
You can enter to win two tickets to this festival at the Temecula Valley website.
Karl Strauss K-Town Showdown
