
The Taste of North Park 2023 is taking place in October and here is the date, details, restaurants and breweries, ticket prices and full event information.
The date is Saturday, Oct. 7, between 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The Taste of North Park involves food and craft beer tastings, live music, art and botique shopping. There are 34 participating restuaurants and 15 drink businesses serving craft beer, cider, kombucha and wine.
Tickets are creatively designed with three different price points: $30 for the Beverage Taste, $45 for food, or $65 for Food & Beverage combined. They can be purchased in advance here, and it is likely there will be no day-of sales due to an anticipated sellout.
The group of Taste of North Park restaurants features several types of cuisine, including Cajun, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Thai, and elevated brewpub food. Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available.
Restaurants and breweries include 619 Spirits, Better Blendz, Bivouac Ciderworks & Restaurant, City Tacos, Communal Coffee, Eggies Encontro, Fairplay, Falafel Heights, Fatboy’s Deli & Spirits, Flap Your Jacks, Gelati & Peccati, HOB Coffee, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Kairoa Brewing Company, Louisiana Purchase, Made By Light Wines, Modern Times Flavordome, Mom’s Chicken & Waffles, Northside Shack, One Door North, Pinky’s Cafe, Pretzels & Pints, Redwing Bar & Grill, Seek Beer Co., Señor Mango’s, Shank & Bone, Stay Classy, Subterranean Coffee, Swami’s Cafe, Tabu Shabu, Thai Time, The Original 40 Brewing Company, The Seventh House, The Smoking Goat, True North Tavern, Truffle, and Working Class.
Retail locations pouring beverages include aka: Custom Printing, HOME + HOUND, North Park Optometry, Plan Prepare Home, Revival Vintage Eyewear, and Union Cowork.
Participants can pick up their punch cards at any one of three check-in locations – Haven (3381 30th Street), Louisiana Purchase (2305 University Ave), or North Park Mini Park (3812 29th Street). The event is for all ages; however, to participate in alcoholic beverage tastings guests will need to pick up a wristband at check-in as well.
To promote environmental responsibility while enhancing attendee convenience, Taste of North Park this year will introduce two electric shuttles that participants can use to hop on and off along University Avenue and 30th Street. Emission-free transportation will help minimize the event’s carbon footprint and contribute to the overall sustainability of the community.
Parking is available in the North Park Garage (350 spaces) at 3829 29th Street. The event is accessible by MTS bus lines 2, 6, 7, and 10.
