Food Network TV Star & Chef Stretches Above Las Vegas Strip
Giada De Laurentiis is a high roller in the food world – she hosts “Everyday Italian” on the Food Network and has a restaurant GIADA at the Cromwell Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip – and recently she stretched herself to new heights.
De Laurentiis became one of the first to experience not cooking but yoga on the Las Vegas High Roller observation wheel to kick off the regular sky-high yoga sessions now available at The LINQ Promenade.
The chef who keeps men glued to her show because of her good looks and makes women jealous because she can eat all those great Italian dishes and never put on an ounce is, apparently, a yoga fanatic.
Yoga sessions are now a part of the High Rollers. They last one hour (that’s two rotations of the wheel) with up to six people per cabin. People wear a headset that allows them to hear the instructor and music. They can also look out the windows and see the sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip and skyline.
“Yogis” as they are known, are welcome to bring their own mat or borrow a mat provided by lululemon athletica at Fashion Show Mall. A bottle of High Roller-branded water is provided with the session.
The cost is $75 per person and sessions are available seven days a week from 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. A premium sunset option is available Monday through Wednesday for $85 per person (the time fluctuates seasonally with the setting sun).
Private, one-on-one yoga sessions are available at $250 per person or $300 for a couple. Five sessions can be purchased for $325 per person.
