Branded Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey & Cinnamon Whiskey To Be Served In Restaurants
There is more “spirit” coming to Hooters restaurants than just chicken wings and hot girls in tight white shirts and tiny orange shorts.
There is now a full line of Hooters-branded booze. The brands will be featured in Hooters restaurants across the country and available off-premise as well, with a national rollout supported by a full marketing campaign. This is scheduled for June.
Hooters Vodka, Hooters Gin, Hooters Rum, Hooters Tequila, Hooters American Whiskey and the Hooters Shooter, a cinnamon flavored whiskey, are the offerings. Called Hooters Spirits, they liquors are being introduced by Iconic Brands, Inc., in conjunction with its licensed partner, United Spirits.
There will be a series of launch events around the rollout and the company will be posting a sign-up page on the Hooters website for consumers interested in attending an event in their area. Hooters has 430 restaurants globally, and is in 44 states in the USA. Most locations are in Florida, where the popular chain was launched decades ago.
The iconic images of Hooters are its Hooters Girls, gorgeous ladies of mostly ample chest size who dress in tight Hooters shirts and those signature tiny shorts.
One has to wonder if the spirits will be packaged in orange bottles.
Of course, one of the attractions of Hooters is to order a pitcher of beer and have your Hooters girl waitress sit down at your table and put a bag of ice in the pitcher to keep it cold. While you are sweating and saying stupid things to try and keep the Hooters girl sitting down at your table.
What will she do if you simply order a rum and Coke?
