A Celebration For #BeerLovers In America

Yes, that is correct. All the beers get a single day while craft beers get an entire week.
American Craft Beer Week is put on by the Brewers Association and the publishers of CraftBeer.com to “celebrate the culture and community of craft beer.”
Well, we’ll drink to that and you should, too.
While there’s no one single event – like some type of beer festival with live music – there are hundreds of events happening at local pubs and craft beer bars around the country.
There’s at least one event in each of the 50 states; the above CraftBeer.com link has them listed as well as a search option to find one near you.
There is also a nationwide toast taking place Thursday, May 19 at 8 p.m., ET. Simply be at your favorite bar serving craft beer, brewery tasting room or at home with a bunch of friends, and raise your glasses at that exact time for a big “cheers.”
And there’s a lot to celebrate if you like craft beer. Today, there are nearly 4,300 breweries in the USA, the highest number since 1873.
“American Craft Beer Week has provided independent beer fans across the country a chance to support their local breweries since 2006,” said Julia Herz, publisher of CraftBeer.com and craft beer program director at the Brewers Association.
“With celebrations happening in all 50 states, this is truly an annual national event that recognizes all those involved in making craft beer from small breweries in the U.S. such a success.”
PubClub.com certainly raises our glass high to give a big cheers to craft beer and American Craft Beer Week!
