A Boss That Barks – Beer Company Seeking A Canine Chief Tasting Officer

First, the brewer created Dog Brew, a beer made for dogs.
And now it is offering dogs a job that will pay $20,000. Rover’s role calls for him (or her) to be Chief Tasting Officer.
This, er, “executive position” will be a key part of Busch Dog Brew’s expansion into more markets and the American mainstream. Dog owners can submit their doggies for the position on social media by posting their pet’s photo and qualifications with the hashtag #BuschCTOcontest.
“In order to get the job, your pup needs to possess a refined palate, an outstanding sense of smell, and must be a ‘very good’ boy or girl,” Busch states in a statement.
It’s such a doggone good public relations idea that in addition to it being here on PubClub.com, it is in other national media publications including People and USA Today.
“It will be your sole responsibility to shepherd the great taste of Busch, research new flavors, take on pet projects,” a Busch executive tells an applicant in a funny YouTube video. “Your bark will have to be as good as your bite.”
The winner will receive $20,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner); 10 4-packs of Busch Dog Brew and one $800.00 pre-paid card that can be used to purchase pet insurance for the winner’s dog.
