In anticipation of the World Cup, which is being held this summer in the USA and Mexico, Jim Beam has launched a limited-edition soccer-inspired bottle.
It is in association with the US Soccer Federation, the organization responsible for fielding the men’s and women’s US soccer teams, and the one that is in charge of the USA’s World Cup efforts. The Jim Beam & Lemonade bottle contains a soccer logo above the words “offical partner of US Soccer” on the label. It is now available at select retailers nationwide.
To support it, Jim Beam created a video called “the hero film” featuring American soccer legend Tim Howard. In it, the video shows not the World Cup venues, but small bars and outdoor barbeques where most fans will be watching World Cup 2026. And with World Cup ticket prices reaching into the thousands – the final match at Met Life Stadium in New Jersey is nearly $11,000 – watching games at a stadium for many is not an option.
Leading up to the tournament, Jim Beam will roll out a fully integrated campaign across digital, social, and experiential platforms, supported by consumer extensions designed to deepen engagement and drive fan participation nationwide. The name of the campaign is “Home Field Advantage.”
“At Jim Beam, we’ve always believed in the power of shared moments,” said Regan Clarke, vice president of American Whiskey, Suntory Global Spirits. “The world’s biggest tournament is a global stage, but it’s the local gatherings that create real home field advantages. We’re proud to raise a glass and unite in spirit with fans across the country as they come together to support the U.S. Men’s National Team.”
