A Wining Recipe For This Peach Pecan Spirit From Florida Georgia Line Band

The last thing you may think to consider putting into a whiskey drink are these ingredients, but hang with me here for a moment.
Because what I am going to tell you is an awesome cocktail, one that is not only refreshing but so surprisingly delicious you will be drinking them as if you’re at the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party.
It’s main ingredient is Old Camp Peach Pecan Whiskey, a spirit from the Florida Georgia Line band.
Now if peach pecan whiskey sounds like a strange enough combination on its own, wait for the punch line: what I mix with it with to make this fantastic cocktail.
I use orange juice and cranberry juice. Yep, that’s it, not a Coke (or Pepsi), soda water, ginger ale or any of the typical mixes you normally associate with whiskey (tho ginger ale is quite tasty, as well).
This is because I come from a rum background and the best rum cocktails are made with juices. I simply applied this principal to Old Camp and the results turned out to be fantastic.
The OJ, in fact, blends perfectly with the peach and pecan flavors. The cranberry helps smooth it out – too much orange juice in a cocktail can be too acidic. Well, after a few of them and this is definitely a cocktail where you won’t want to stop at just one. Or two for that matter.
This is a very refreshing, smooth drink that fits great if you’re on a beach, a boat or at a raging house party at night. And especially at the football game on the Georgia-Florida line, the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party.
