Instead, you should slow down and have one. Or two. Or, well, you get the idea. Ketel One Martini – simple, stirred, and always served ice-cold
INGREDIENTS
1.25 oz. Ketel One¢ē Vodka
0.25 oz. dry vermouth
Lemon twist
METHOD
Stir vodka with ice in a mixing glass
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Sugar Cube
Splash of Water

METHOD
Combine bitters, sugar cube, and a splash of water into a rocks glass and stir to combine.
Add Zacapa No. 23 and a large ice cube to a glass and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23
0.75 oz Italian Vermouth
0.75 oz Italian Herbal Aperitif

METHOD
Combine all ingredients except orange twist in a rocks glass with ice.
Stir gently and garnish with an orange twist.
Ketel One Mule – light and bright with subtly saccharine notes of honey
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
5 oz Ginger Beer
.5 oz Lime Juice
Øū oz Local Honey
Garnish: lemon wheel and mint
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a mule mug filled with fresh cubed ice.
Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz espresso or cold brew coffee
.5 oz Local honey
Garnish: Seasonal Sprinkles or Citrus zest garnish
METHOD
Shake all ingredients over ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with coffee beans or citrus zest.
