When you travel the world seeking great bars as do I, you inevitably come across various drinks and the culture surrounding them and the area. For example, the Weeky Wacker in Avalon in Southern California’s Catalina Island and the Pain Killer at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands.
You also learn things that others tell you is not true, such as the fact the Greeks don’t drink ouzo in Greece.
