
Hot Apple Butter-ed Rum

Ingredients
• 3/4 cup Zacapa Rum No.23
• 2 cups Boiling Water
• 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar (Packed)
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
• 1/4 cup Honey
• 1/4 cup Apple Butter
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
• 1 pinch Salt
• Sliced Apples for Garnish
Preparation:
1. Combine dark brown sugar, unsalted butter, honey, apple butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt in a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix until blended and smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to measuring cup and add Zacapa Rum 23 and boiling water. Stir until butter mixture dissolves.
3. Pour and divide amongst 4 mugs.
4. Garnish with sliced apples.

Yield:
4 drinks, no drink contains more than 0.6 fluid ounces of alcohol
Zacapa Signature Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Zacapa No. 23 Rum
• .25 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
• 1 Dash Chocolate bitters
Garnish:
Grapefruit peel
Dark chocolate
Preparation:
Combine Zacapa Rum, simple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice
Stir well and strain into a double Old Fashioned glass
Express grapefruit peel over drink and grate dark chocolate over cocktail
Ideal Serving Glass:
Double Old Fashioned glass
Zacapa + Coffee
Ingredients:
• 2 Oz Earl Grey Infused Zacapa No.23 Rum
• 3 Oz Hot Coffee
Prep:
Add 1 tea bag of Earl Grey tea to 750 ML of Zacapa No.23 Rum
Let sit for 10 minutes
Remove tea bag
Mix infused Zacapa and hot coffee and pour into coffee mug
Ketel One Vodka Warm & Cozy

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Ketel One Family Made Vodka
• 0.5 oz spiced honey syrup
• 1 tsp pecan syrup* (see below for this recipe)
• 0.25 oz lemon juice
• 2 dash chocolate bitters
• 3 oz milk oolong tea
Prep:
Steep milk oolong tea in boiled water for 3 minutes.
Add the first five ingredients to the mug, top with tea and stir.
Garnish with cinnamon stick and pinch of nutmeg.
*Pecan Syrup
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• ½ Cup Pecans
Prep:
Heat the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium hear
Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved
Lower the heat, simmer and let thicken slightly
Remove pecans by pouring the mixture through a cheesecloth lined sieve
Allow to cool
Store in a jar and seal tightly with a lid
Store in the fridge for up to a month
Martini on Ice

Ingredients
• 2 oz Ketel One Vodka
• 1 oz Contratto Vermouth Bianco
Prep
Add ingredients into shaker with ice
Shake and pour over one large ice cube in chilled Nick & Nora glass
Ketel One Vodka Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
• 1 oz Ketel One Vodka
• 5 oz hot cocoa
• .75 oz heavy cream
• .25 tsp vanilla extract
Prep
Combine all ingredients and serve warm in a glass mug
Lightly dust with cayenne pepper and cinnamon
