House Party With Live Music Returns To SWSX
Jam In The Van is back at South By Southwest in 2016.
Now in its third year, more than 35 bands will be performing during a four-day period March 16-20 at a rented house outside of downtown Austin.
The location is “The Loft House” in the Sunset Valley Community. Bands perform at the house and actually inside a van, the world’s first solar powered mobile music studio.
In addition to the music, there’s food, drinks, a pool, lawn games and “branded experiences” from the event’s sponsors: GQ Magazine, Hormel Taco Meats, Lagunitas Brewing Company, AQUAhydrate, Orange Amps, audio-technica, Isopure, Aviator Nation, Toshiba, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Magic Flight Launch Box, RAEN, GHS Strings and Guild.
