Singer Who Lives In Virgin Islands Launches His Own Line Of Rums
National Rum Day is Friday, Aug. 16.
And Kenny Chesney – who walks around beaches in his music videos and lives in the Virgin Islands – has just launched a personal line of spirits called Blue Chair Bay Rum.
The product (White, Coconut, Coconut Spiced) is not a celebrity endorsement. It’s his own creation and he funded the entire venture himself.
And here’s some recipes that use Chesney’s rum:

Don’t worry, it’s east math.

10 mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime wedge
Splash of simple syrup
1 oz. Light lager beer or Club Soda
Shake all ingredients with ice (except for the beer/soda, dude) in a cocktail shaker. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top with beer/soda and a nice mint sprig.
• Sixth Gear
