Induction Ceremony Is April 18 at LA Live In Los Angeles
Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Hudson are among the performers announced for the 2013 Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, which will take place Thursday, April 18, at Nokia Center in downtown Los Angeles at LA Live.
Aguilera and Hudson performance will honor inductee Donna Summer.
Other performers are Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins of the Foo Fighters, who will induct Rush; and 1998 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Don Henley, who will induct Randy Newman; and John Mayer and Gary Clark Jr., who will perform for Albert King.
The 2013 class, the 28th to be inducted, also includes Heart and Public Enemy. Lou Adler and Quincy Jones will receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award for Lifetime Achievement.
The other inductees will be announced at a later date.
The public can buy tickets to the event starting Friday, Feb. 1, at 10 a.m. Of course through Ticketmaster or charge by phone at (800) 745-3000..
